We do showings Tuesdays through Fridays by appointments only.  Our schedule is as follows:

Tuesday: 12pm - 6pm

Wednesday: 12pm - 6pm

Thursday: 10:30pm - 6pm

Friday: 12pm - 4pm

We do not take appointments on the weekends due to our event schedule. Please book only one appointment type.

All appointments will be confirmed and verified.  Appointments that are booked incorrectly will be cancelled.

 

Venue Showings

All showings are scheduled for 30 minutes each.  This appointment is for people who have not reserved yet and want to take a tour of the venue.  Please be mindful that our schedule often times fills up.  Therefore, we do have customers back to back.  If you will not be able to keep your appointment, please reschedule or cancel at least 24 hours before the appointment.

 

Walkthroughs (No Assistance)

All walkthroughs with vendors are scheduled for 30 minutes. This appointment is for CURRENT CLIENTS WHO ALREADY HAVE A RESERVATION. This is not an appointment to consult with staff, ask questions or complete a reservation, as we do schedule other appointments at the same time as our walkthroughs.

 

Decor Consultations

Decor consultations are scheduled for 1 hour.  This appointment is separate from your initial showing and can only be booked after you have secured your date.  Please bring inspiration photos, colors, or any other information you would like to discuss about your event. This appointment is for CURRENT CLIENTS WHO ALREADY HAVE A RESERVATION. If your appointment is within 30 days of your event, your floor plan can be completed during this time.  

 

Floor Plan Appointments

Floor plan appointments are scheduled for 30 minutes.  Please bring any ideas with you as well as pictures that you may like.  This is not a decor consultation. During this appointment you will provide the number of tables and chairs for your event as well as how they will be arranged.  There may or may not be other events going on during this appointment, so please come prepared with ideas in case your room is not accessible.  All floor plans must be complete 14 days prior to the event date.  After the floor plan has been completed, no changes are allowed including additional tables and decor. The floor plan appointment should be your last appointment scheduled.  No decor can be added after the floor plan is completed.  This appointment is for CURRENT CLIENTS WHO ALREADY HAVE A RESERVATION.
